This policy explains what information Bakko Armour LLC, doing business as Bakko Armour Properties Collective (“BAPC”, “we”), collects when you use BAPC SEO Me™, how we use it, and the choices you have. BAPC SEO Me helps businesses get found online: we review websites, prepare search-engine submissions and track progress.

What we collect

Service requests: your name, email address, business name, website address and anything you write in the request form.
Search-engine connections: if you connect Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools or Yandex Webmaster, we store the access tokens those services give us (encrypted) and the reports they return about your website.
Website data: public information about the website you ask us to work on.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the service and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

To provide BAPC SEO Me™ and the features you ask for.
To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.
To send you messages you need about your account or requests. We don’t send marketing email without your permission.
To understand, in aggregate, how the service is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run BAPC SEO Me™ — Vercel (hosting), our database provider, our email providers (to send you updates about your request), and the search engines you choose to connect. — under agreements that limit their use of it; when the law requires; or to protect people’s safety or BAPC’s rights.

How long we keep it

We keep information while it’s needed to provide the service or to answer your request, plus a reasonable period for backups, security and legal obligations. Backups roll over within about 30 days. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by contacting bakkoarmour@gmail.com.
You can turn off notifications in your browser or device settings.

Children

BAPC SEO Me™ is not for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact bakkoarmour@gmail.com and we’ll delete it.

Security

We protect information with measures such as encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email.
